• Restrictions

  • The "Redeem" button on the e-ticket will be operated by the staff. Please note that if the button is pressed by the customer, the ticket will become invalid.

• Additional Info

  • There are two BBQ locations within the park, and we will inform you on the day which one you will be using.
  • Changes to the specified date and time, cancellations, refunds, and additional purchases at the reception desk are not possible. Please be aware that changes, cancellations, or refunds are also not possible in case of late arrival.
  • To avoid crowding, depending on the situation, we may need to seat members of the same group at separate tables.
  • BBQ場入店時間　11：00～15：30。夕暮れサファリバスツアーは17：00に出発しますので、時間に余裕をもってお食事お願いいたします。
  • 入園受付時間　9：30～15:30まで ※昼間ご入園の場合は、15：30までにご入園ください。尚夕暮れサファリ出発時間の10分前(17：00一斉スタート)16：50までにバス受付窓口までお越しください。
