• Requirements

  • Customers with this ticket should arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the purchased time. Please make sure to allow enough time to arrive at the park.
  • Please note that changes to the scheduled bus date and time, as well as cancellations or refunds for missed buses, are not possible.

• Restrictions

  • The "Redeem" button on the e-ticket will be operated by the staff. Please note that if the button is pressed by the customer, the ticket will become invalid.

• Additional Info

  • Your reservation time is the departure time of the Safari Bus.
  • Please be aware that we will verify the age of senior (Silver) customers. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Tickets are also sold on-site for the same day, but please be aware that quantities are limited
  • On weekends, public holidays during summer vacation, and during the Obon period (August 13–15), the Safari Bus operates at 20 to 30-minute intervals. Depending on the situation, you may be assigned to a bus before or after your reserved time. Thank you for your understanding.
