Please make sure to arrive at the bus departure point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time stated on your ticket. To ensure you have enough time, we recommend arriving at the park with extra time.

- Customers with this ticket should arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the purchased time. Please make sure to allow enough time to arrive at the park.
- Please note that changes to the scheduled bus date and time, as well as cancellations or refunds for missed buses, are not possible.
- The Fureai Park Entrance Ticket will be handed to you by the bus staff.

- There are three BBQ areas within the park, but which one you can use will be notified to you on the day of your visit.
- To avoid crowding, depending on the situation, we may need to seat members of the same group at separate tables.
- BBQ area usage time is available from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You can come at any time within this time frame! Enjoy your meal!
