    • Customers with this ticket should arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the purchased time. Please make sure to allow enough time to arrive at the park.
    • Please note that changes to the scheduled bus date and time, as well as cancellations or refunds for missed buses, are not possible.

  • Restrictions

    • The "Redeem" button on the e-ticket will be operated by the staff. Please note that if the button is pressed by the customer, the ticket will become invalid.

    • The reservation time is the scheduled departure time of the bus.

    楽しかった。

    ＧＷを少し甘く見ていて、えさやりバス出発の15分前に第四駐車場に着きました。 事情をお伝えし、出発しそうだった巡回バスの補助席に家族4人乗せていただきました。おかげで間に合いました。ありがとうございました。 帰りのえさやりバスの待機列が長くて（サファリバスの方が長かったが。）、こっちも予約制にはできないんでしょうか？ 混んでいるのはしょうがないとして、決まっていればそこにあわせて動けるので。 よろしくお願いいたします。

    楽しかったです

    家族で餌やり体験バスに乗りました、運転手さんの案内アナウンスも面白くて、初めてライオンに餌やりしましたライオンの大きさが迫力ありました。ホワイトタイガーも間近で見られて良かったです。前売りのWEB予約で割引も有りお得でした。
