  • Open cars, trucks, canvas-top vehicles, and similar vehicles are not allowed in the safari zone. Please use the park's shuttle bus for the tour.
  • If you switch to the park's shuttle bus, an additional ride fee will be required.
  • The "Redeem" button on the e-ticket will be operated by the staff. Please note that if the button is pressed by the customer, the ticket will become invalid.

  • Please use it within the entrance reception hours.
  • If you are bringing a pet, please use the pet kennel service.
  • We will be open without休 for spring break, Golden Week, summer vacation, and the year-end holidays.
  • Please be aware that we will verify the age of senior (Silver) customers. Thank you for your understanding.
