- Please note that changes to the scheduled bus date and time, as well as cancellations or refunds for missed buses, are not possible.

- The "Redeem" button on the e-ticket will be operated by the staff. Please note that if the button is pressed by the customer, the ticket will become invalid.

楽しかった！
あいにくの雨でしたが、ウォーキングタイムの時はちょうど止んで、とても楽しい貴重な体験ができました！ 大人3人と1才半が1人で、一列の席で荷物もあって結構狭かったですが、一番前の席で良かったです！ 前詰めの席だったので、空いてたら当日状況をみて、間隔を空けて座席を組んでくださるなどの配慮があったらもっとよかったなぁ。と、真ん中の席の赤ちゃん連れの4人家族も狭そうだったので、そう思いました。 あと、有料のお写真も、ライオンのバスの横？で撮るより、正面のライオンの顔の近くで撮っていただいた方が買われる方増える気がしました！ 自分たちで正面から撮りました！ でも、総じてとっても楽しい体験ができて本当に良かったです！ 案内してくださった方もとても詳しく教えて下さいました！ バスを降りた後、車で回って、二度楽しめました♪ ありがとうございました！！

猛獣餌やり体験
7/16に群馬サファリパークに息子家族を連れて行きました。15年ぶりの再来園。 やはり夏は当たり前だけど、暑い🥵 猛獣餌やりはバスから降りて行くので赤ちゃん連れはちとキツイかもww でもバス中はエアコン効いてるし快適でした。平日は空いてるしオススメです。 動物に関してはバイソンやラクダなど間近に来て迫力満点💯 また機会があれば寄りたいです♪ 飼育員さんも暑い中ご苦労様です。 有り難うございました。

Participated at the 250pm bus. It took almost 2 hours! The guide and bus driver were so patient, kind, interactive and informative despite the language barrier. The most amazing experience. Even the elderly grandparenrs enjoyed themselves. 10/10 - would recommend!
