• Customers with this ticket should arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the purchased time. Please make sure to allow enough time to arrive at the park.
• Please note that changes to the scheduled bus date and time, as well as cancellations or refunds for missed buses, are not possible.
• The Fureai Park Entrance Ticket will be handed to you by the bus staff.
• If you wish to visit the Fureai Park before boarding the bus, the entrance ticket will be provided at the General Information Desk.
• customers who have reserved a bus after 14:00 should use the Fureai Park before boarding the bus.
• Petting Park Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• At the Savannah Restaurant, you can enjoy your meal at your preferred time. *Note: The restaurant's operating hours are from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the last order taken at 3:00 PM.

• The "Redeem" button on the e-ticket will be operated by the staff. Please note that if the button is pressed by the customer, the ticket will become invalid.

• The reservation time is the scheduled departure time of the bus.
• Please be aware that we will verify the age of senior (Silver) customers. Thank you for your understanding.
• To avoid crowding, depending on the situation, we may need to seat members of the same group at separate tables.
